1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using roofrepairpearlandtexas.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit information through the Site.

The Site may update these terms as its services, technology or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.

2. What the Site Is—and Is Not

Pearland Roof Repair Network provides roofing information and a way to request contact regarding a roofing need in or around Pearland, Texas.

The Site does not create a contractor-client, agency, partnership, employment or joint-venture relationship between the Site and any independent provider. A provider’s estimate, agreement, scheduling, payment terms, warranty and work are between the visitor and that provider.

3. No Guarantee of Service or Response

Submitting a form does not guarantee that a contractor is available, that anyone will respond within a particular period, that a roof is repairable, or that a quoted price or appointment will be offered. Service availability can depend on property location, weather, roof access, provider capacity and the nature of the reported condition.

The Site does not guarantee search rankings, insurance outcomes, permit approval, product availability, material matching or the result of any roofing work.

4. Emergencies and Safety

The Site and its forms are not emergency-dispatch services and should not be relied on for immediate rescue, fire, medical or utility response. If there is a fire, suspected gas leak, electrical hazard, structural collapse, serious injury or another life-safety emergency, contact the appropriate emergency authority.

• Do not climb onto a wet, steep, storm-damaged or unstable roof.
• Keep clear of sagging ceilings and visibly unstable materials.
• Avoid contact with water near electrical fixtures or equipment.
• Temporary tarping is not a permanent repair and should be performed only when conditions permit safe work.

5. Roofing Information Is General

Site content is educational and describes common roofing symptoms, materials, inspection considerations and local context. It cannot diagnose a specific property without an appropriate inspection. A stain’s visible location, for example, may not identify the point where water entered the roof assembly.

Content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified contractor, engineer, attorney, insurance professional, building official or other licensed professional when that expertise is required.

6. Contractor Verification

Before authorizing work, visitors should independently confirm the identity and suitability of any provider. Appropriate checks may include:

• Business name, physical contact information and the person responsible for the proposal.
• Insurance coverage, credentials and any registration or licensing required for the work or jurisdiction.
• Written scope, materials, price, exclusions, payment schedule and change-order process.

Being contacted through the Site is not an endorsement or guarantee of a provider.

7. Estimates, Contracts, Payments and Warranties

The Site does not set or collect a contractor’s roofing price unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Any estimate, deposit, financing arrangement, material order, cancellation term, warranty or construction contract should be reviewed directly with the provider before authorization.

Do not send payment or sensitive financial information through the general contact form. Confirm payment instructions directly with the provider using trusted contact information.

8. Insurance and Storm Claims

The Site may discuss documentation commonly relevant after storms, but it does not decide insurance coverage, interpret a specific policy, guarantee claim approval or negotiate a claim as a licensed public adjuster. Coverage decisions belong to the insurer under the policy. Questions about coverage should be directed to the insurer or an appropriately licensed professional.

9. Your Responsibilities

• Use Site content or forms to send spam or solicit unrelated services.
• Submit confidential insurance credentials, financial-account information or other unnecessary sensitive data.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s original text, layout, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. Republishing, selling, systematically extracting or misrepresenting Site content requires permission from the rights holder.

Product names, manufacturer marks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Reference to a product or organization does not imply sponsorship.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to government departments, manufacturers, weather resources or other third parties. Those resources are provided for convenience and context. The Site does not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices.

Any dispute concerning those matters should be addressed with the provider and through any rights available under the applicable agreement or law.

13. Privacy

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting a service request authorizes contact about that request using the information provided, but does not require a purchase.

14. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
